Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, our delivery charge is $9. Delivery will take 4-12 working days. For express delivery of 1-4 working days, the charge is $15

Refunds

We currently do not accept returns, but this does not affect the customer as we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee policy, which means if you dislike the product within 30 days for whatever reason tell us and we can issue you a full refund. All we require is a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additionally, we cannot provide refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Timing
You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
